Changing Clubs in 2021 - Clearances/Tranfers

If you are changing clubs, whether you are coming to Hancock Brothers Hockey Club from another club or leaving us to play elsewhere please be advised that you MUST obtain a written clearance. This applies to junior and seniors and is irrespective of the Town, State or Association you played with last or are going to. The clearance (or transfer) process is initiated by the player (or their parent/guardian for juniors). If you are leaving us please contact the Club Secretary at hbhcsecretary@gmail.com to request a clearance and if you are joining Hannies once you have obtained your clearance from your previous club please forward to hbhcregistrar@gmail.com.

Register vs Renew (please read)

Players wishing to register with Hancock Brothers Hockey Club Inc. as their Primary Club (and therefore Ipswich Hockey Association as their Primary Association) please click on 'Register'. As Hockey Australia and Hockey Queensland have moved to a new member database in 2020 all members, new and existing, will need to 'Register' even if you are a returning member, the only exception to this is those players wishing to register as Dual Registered Hancocks/Ipswich as their Secondary Club/Association.  Dual Registered/Secondary players please register with your Primary Club/Association first then register via the Hancocks portal below using the 'Renew' option.

For playing members please note that the amount paid online at the line of registration is your Hockey Queensland Registration fee only (this includes Hockey Australia fess such as insurance). Club fees are paid separately.
